Asindare Philemon Mikailu joins as Resident Manager, Abuja
EkojA B. EkojA & Co. has appointed Asindare Philemon Mikailu as Resident Manager of its Abuja office, with effect from 17 December 2025.
Mr Mikailu is a chartered accountant, qualifying with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2000, and holds an MSc in Finance. He joins the firm after twenty-one years at the Central Bank of Nigeria, where the most recent posting was as Head of the Settlement Accounting and Reconciliation Division in the Reserve Management Department.
Earlier in his career he worked in the finance department of Highland Bank of Nigeria Plc in Yola, trained in audit at Maaji & Co. in Kaduna, served as Finance Manager at Midway Inn Makurdi, and returned to practice as Audit Senior at Abdullahi Bin Suleiman & Co. in Abuja.
The appointment gives clients in the Federal Capital Territory a partner-level point of contact on the ground, and strengthens the firm's capacity on settlement, reconciliation and treasury engagements.
